Here at Rato Australia, we believe in the old fashioned values of quality and service.

Rato products are manufactured in an ISO9001 quality managed, purpose built manufacturing plant and our products are consistent in quality and performance.

Where issues exist, it is our commitment to find a resolution that delights our customers and enhances our reputation for service and product support.

For this reason, we offer a fast exchange warranty so that in the rare event that something goes wrong; you will be up and running as quickly as possible.

Our warranty doesn't extend to covering poor maintenance including things like the results of running with dirty lube oil, low oil levels, blocked air filters or running the engine in conditions it wasn't designed for (such as long term running at mounting angles outside product specs). However, if you have a genuine problem, we replace your Rato product as soon as possible and make sure that you are delighted with our service.

Of course, terms and conditions apply, but we genuinely hope that you're delighted with our service. We will always provide you with the number of our general manager if you need to talk to the boss to resolve anything you are not 100% happy with.

As an OEM supplier and an extension of Chongqing Rato Power Co Ltd, we are able to offer a full spare parts back up for our products for the long term. So in the future, if you need parts, just call your local Rato dealer, or call us direct, and we will make sure you get the parts you need.
